Payment is due according to the billing schedule outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We accept payments via secure online processing platforms such as QuickBooks, Stripe, or PayPal.

Late or missed payments may result in paused service or late fees.

4. Chemicals and Repairs

Routine pool chemicals are typically included in our standard cleaning services. For equipment repairs, replacement parts, or larger service needs, we will provide an estimate and obtain your approval before performing the work.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed visits or last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge.

Recurring services can be paused or canceled at any time with written notice.

6. Service Warranty

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of your service visit, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the problem.

We are not responsible for pre-existing pool issues or damage caused by equipment failure, weather, or other factors outside our control.

7. Liability

You agree to hold Central Austin Pool Care harmless for any damage or injury resulting from:

Improper pool use or unsafe conditions at your property

Delays due to weather or access restrictions

Malfunctions of pool equipment outside our control

We carry general liability insurance and will act in good faith to resolve legitimate claims.
